License

Berries & Dates is licensed through the Apple App Store under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, unless a different agreement is presented with the app. The app is licensed, not sold.

Calendar Responsibility

Berries & Dates helps create and maintain calendar entries from dates found in Contacts. You remain responsible for reviewing important dates and calendar information. Calendar synchronization and background refresh timing may depend on iOS, iCloud, or another calendar provider.

Permissions and Accounts

The app requires the permissions you choose to grant through iOS. Optional iCloud features depend on an available Apple ID and iCloud service. The developer does not provide or control those system services.

Optional Tips

Tip Jar purchases are optional and repeatable. They do not unlock features, remove restrictions, or create an ongoing entitlement. Apple processes purchases and handles applicable billing or refund requests.

Availability

The app is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change as iOS, Contacts, Calendar, iCloud, and App Store requirements evolve.

Privacy

Use of the app is also governed by the Berries & Dates Privacy Policy.
