Contact

Please include your iOS version, the Berries & Dates version shown on the About screen, and a short description of what happened. Do not send contact exports, private calendar details, or screenshots containing information you do not want to share.

Permissions

Berries & Dates needs Contacts access to find date fields and Full Calendar Access to maintain its selected calendar. Notifications are optional. You can review or change each permission in iOS Settings.

Sync with iCloud

Sync with iCloud is optional. When enabled, app preferences and the private managed-event manifest can follow your Apple ID. Calendar entries themselves sync according to the calendar account selected in Apple Calendar.

Automatic Sync

iOS decides when background refresh runs. Opening Berries & Dates or returning it to the foreground performs a reconciliation when Automatic Calendar Sync is enabled. Use Scan & Sync whenever you want an immediate check.

Calendar Reset

The reset command is only available for a calendar created and controlled by Berries & Dates. It deletes that calendar, recreates it, and rebuilds entries from Contacts. The app does not delete an unrelated personal calendar.

Tips and Purchases

Tips are optional, repeatable consumable purchases. They unlock no features and create no restorable entitlement. Apple handles payment, receipts, and refund requests.
